The Commons, anchored by a PUBLIX grocery store and Tractor Supply Company, is located along a main east/west roadway connecting the east and west coasts of Florida and serves the communities in and around Loxahatchee Groves and The Acreage including new and future communities such as Arden, Westlake, Indian Trail Groves and Avenir. Frenchman’s Crossing is a premier Palm Beach Gardens Publix anchored shopping center located near surrounding communities such as Evergrene, Frenchman’s Creek, Frenchman’s Reserve, The Isles, Paloma, and more. This development is a Publix anchored shopping center that opened in October 2010. It is comprised of 16,600 square feet of total retail space at a signalized intersection with easy ingress and egress. An excellent tenant mix combined with phenomenal demographics has made Frenchman's Crosssing a success project!

The Publix anchored Shops at San Marco located in suburban Delray Beach has retail anchored by a Publix and Walgreens with approximately 50,000 square feet of medical office space on the northern end of the site with an additional outparcel. The partners of Atlantic Land under Southland Centers, LLC converted the zoning on this 25 acre site from residential to commercial land use. Southland Centers LLC joint ventured the retail development with Regency Centers to create one of the most thriving commercial centers in Palm Beach County. Tenants include; Publix, Walgreens, Bank of America, National City Bank, UPS, and Subway. In addition to the retail component, 50,000 square feet of medical office was developed. Southland was one of the first to market for sale medical condos in the area.

MYSTIC COVE | RESIDENTIAL

Mystic Cove is a residential community built by Ecclestone Communities. This gated community features elegant homes situated on lots of more than ¼ acre each. The community is located in Jupiter near I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.

This 15 acre site was rezoned to hold 30 homesites. Northern Palm Beach County improvement district bonds were secured for improvements and neighborhood meetings were held to secure approval from an initially resistant adjoining community. Our firm coordinated site planning services, zoning, roadway development and all underground utilities for the home builder.

TURTLE CAY | RESIDENTIAL

Approximately 100 acres at Military Trail and Haverhill Road were rezoned to RPUD to create Turtle Cay. Based on a direct approach to entitlements, sensitive traffic issues were resolved that allowed this project to move forward. The Turtle Cay neighborhood is comprised of 330 multi-family units, 214 townhouse units and 256 single-family/zero lot line units. Homes at Turtle Cay were built by DR Horton and Cornerstone Group.

WELLINGTON VIEW | RESIDENTIAL

Initially a shell rock mining pit in Wellington this property was believed by many to be undesirable for investment or development. With the proper negotiating procedures and a vision of success the luxury community of Wellington View evolved.

Now a gated community of 178 single-family homesites built by Toll Brothers, Inc. Wellington View is nestled within 80 acres of lakes and nature preserve making this community a gem in the Wellington Community.

William Street | MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL

Initially built in the late 1890's, we purchased this building because of its quaint and historic character as well as its proximity to the Downtown area. Anakeesta | Adventure Park

The overall development at Anakeesta consists of 2 major components, the Anakeesta Village Parkway parcel and the Anakeesta Mountain parcel. The 2.11 acre Parkway parcel is being designed to accommodate parking, a restaurant, retail and a pedestrian greenway. The Mountain parcel is comprised of 70+ acres and will contain Anakeesta Adventure Park with aerial trekking, zip lines, canopy walks, scenic overlooks and more.
