This 15 acre site was rezoned to hold 30 homesites. Northern Palm Beach County improvement district bonds were secured for improvements and neighborhood meetings were held to secure approval from an initially resistant adjoining community. Our firm coordinated site planning services, zoning, roadway development and all underground utilities.
