DONNA SCULLY, MANAGER

Donna Scully is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate for Atlantic Land Realty, Inc. and a Property Manager with Atlantic Land Management, Inc. handling projects throughout Florida. On any given day she may be involved in site acquisitions, financing, contract administration, construction management for new projects, leasing, and property management.

Donna has been working in the real estate industry for more than 25 years, and has been involved in the full development process beginning with project planning, budgeting, lease negotiations, vendor selection, permitting, contractor bidding through receiving certificates of occupancy.  Projects include Publix anchored shopping centers, medical office buildings and retail office buildings. In additional to new construction, she has also been involved in the renovations and leasing of existing structures.

Management responsibilities include lease administration, tenant relations, construction coordination of capital improvements, sourcing of vendors, budget preparation and implementation, regularly scheduled property inspections and facilities management. She is directly involved with the financial status of each project and works closely with the owners and tenants.
