JOSEPH D. LELONEK, PARTNER

Joe Lelonek, Licensed Real Estate Broker and Founding Member  Joe started his career with a background in planning and landscape architecture working to get difficult projects entitled and developed for others. Joe has turned his talent and 17 years of experience towards a different career path of developing projects of his own. He and his partners have created a niche overcoming difficult entitlement and government regulatory hurdles clearing the way for successful development.  Using their collaborative skills they have also meet with success with regulatory agencies, local interest groups and others to build great projects that have been well received. Joe is actively involved in every aspect of a project, from contract, design, marketing and construction, his hands-on approach works towards the successful completion of each development.

A graduate of the Ohio State University he is originally from Columbus, Ohio where he learned the value of hard work from an early age. In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker he is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
