BEATRICE DAVIN, BOOKKEEPER

Beatrice Davin  joined the firm in 2016 bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in the field of accounting.  She specializes in property management accounting and construction accounting. Having experience with everything from suppliers, construction contracts, financing, operational and management, her wealth of experience helps handle the complexities that arise in the business.

Bea provides our partners and clients with full service bookkeeping, inclusive of accounts payable, accounts receivable, maintenance of all general ledger accounts, budget/forecasting, financial reporting and tax planning.

Bea assists in the initial site acquisition, due diligence and pro-forma preparation. She also assists in the financing packages, contract administration, and construction management for new projects. On the construction side, she handles pro-forma tracking, draw requests and lien releases to keep the projects on the right path.
